One of the questions I’m occasionally asked is whether I consider myself a comedy writer or a drama writer.

Every writer has a character who refuses to stay in the lane you've carefully created for them.

For me, that character is Mandy.

When Certified was published in 2021, I thought I had finally achieved something I'd wanted to do for a very long time.

On this day two years ago, my debut novel, Certified, was published. It's been quite a journey.
