Escorted Named a Page Turner Awards Finalist

I am delighted that my original television drama, Escorted, has been announced as a finalist in the 2026 Page Turner Screenplay Awards.

Shortlisted for the All3Media New Writers Collective and Page Turner Finalist

I've been developing the six-part series for the past two years and, following its shortlist for the All3Media New Writers Collective and some encouraging interest from within the industry, it's lovely to see it getting a little more recognition.

Escorted tells the story of Max Taylor, a struggling Yorkshire shoe shop owner who is mistaken for a paid companion and offered £500 for a single evening. What begins as a misunderstanding leads to a secret second life as Max tries desperately to save his failing family business. But as the lies begin to mount and his relationships with the women become increasingly complicated, Max risks losing far more than the business he set out to save.

The next rounds of judging take place over the coming months, with the winners announced in November.
